A real magic trick in the kitchen. One of our favorite products! How to use: Goma Rayu’s spicy sesame oil is the perfect cooking partner, especially for gyoza, ramen or silken tofu. But you can also, and we strongly recommend it, try this oil in your vinaigrettes, sauces or marinades of all kinds (for fish, meat, vegetables…). As this oil is particularly rich in taste, it should be diluted and used sparingly. We offer it in 60ml containers, which may seem small to you, but is more than enough for a whole year.
