For this reason separation of the peanut oil may occur. If this happens mix the peanut oil at the top with the peanut paste at the bottom of the jar thoroughly. This organic peanut butter is low in sugar yet deliciously sweet. A pinch of salt is added to bring out natural sweetness of the groundnuts, that aren’t actually nuts, but members of the legumes family.
