The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo. Ocelot’s mindful infusion of dark cherries gives decadence to the deep forest notes of this beautiful chocolate experience. To make the perfect hot chocolate, stir 3 heaped tablespoons (approx 28g) of drinking chocolate into 200ml of warmed milk. whisk over the heat until smooth and thickened.
