White pudding, oatmeal pudding or mealy pudding is a meat dish popular in Ireland & Scotland. White pudding is similar to black pudding, but does not include blood. This works great as an alternative to stuffing when cooking Chicken. Try stuffing in a chicken breast and wrapping in prosciutto or just grill and eat.
