Description Our sirloin roast on the bone is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days. It is then expertly prepared by our Master butchers. All of our bone-in beef is sourced from only our hand-selected farms in Scotland. With its refined flavour and rich marbling, a sirloin roast is a real special occasion roast.
