We take our premium British chickens and remove the backbone so the bird lies flat. Known as spatchcocking, this makes a chicken far easier to cook, and much more versatile. Coated in our special Argentinian glaze, full of chilli and tomatoes for a bit of South American fire, this chicken is ready to grill or barbecue; it can even still be roasted in the oven.
