Our superb Rock Oysters come from the idyllic coastal waters of Dorset The Oysters will only arrive live in the shells and unfortunately cannot be supplied shucked. The Oysters are depurated to ensure they are full of flavour and safe to eat. Shelf life of 7 days if unopened and correctly stored refrigerated. Orders for all shellfish close at Noon on Mondays.
