THE STORY: Lucid Chocolatier use locally baked sourdough from their friend Neville who also supplies them the Yuzu for our other chocolate-making ventures. It is baked with a blend of organic stoneground flours from New Zealand and contains 100% certified organic ingredients. After gently drying and lightly toasting the bread, they blend it with their own browned butter, and finish the bar with sea salt. The flavors enhance each other and create a symphony of unique tastes thanks to the Marañon cacao base.
