Kaapzicht Skraalhans Pinotage is a new, vibrant version of Pinotage in the Kaapzicht range which is bright, fresh and elegant. Skraalhans is a gangly weed found in the Kaapzicht vineyards, often growing taller than the Pinotage Bush vines themselves. Kaapzicht’s hands-off approach has allowed the vineyards to shine through, giving the wine a profound sense of place. Ageing potential: This Pinotage is accessible now as a treat with cured meats, but will also age comfortably over the next 5 years. Food Pairing: Delicious served with barbecued ostrich steaks or springbok fillet from the barbecue.
