VINEYARD The blend constitutes a selection of grapes from various vineyards on the wine estate. VINIFICATION The Melck’s Blended Red 2017 is a blend of Merlot (61%), Shiraz (18%), Mourvedre (12%), Pinot Noir (5%), & Petit Verdot (4%). The grapes were hand harvested and made in a combination of stainless steel tanks and open fermenters and was elegantly oaked for 16 months in second and third fill French oak barrels.
