King Prawns 1kg – Superior FlavourKing Prawns 1kg – Order Online or Call 07932 686498 to place an Order King Prawns 1kgHow to best cook Raw King PrawnsAfter preparing raw prawns, you can cook them in a variety of ways. Boil them in water for 4 minutes, fry them in a pan or wok, or grill them on the barbecue, turning for 2-3 minutes, or until prawns turn opaque.King Prawns with Chorizo, Chilli and LemonServes 4Ingredients150g chorizo, cut into 1cm slices2 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced or chopped1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil400g raw king prawns, butterflied1 tsp dried crushed chilli flakes1 lemon, zest and juice2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely choppedInstructionsCook the sliced chorizo in a pan on a medium heat for 3-4 minutes until crisp and the oil is released.Remove from the pan and discard most of the oil that’s come from the chorizo. Add the olive oil to the pan, along with the garlic.Cook on a medium to low heat until the garlic begins to colour.Turn the heat up high and add the prawns and chilli flakes.Stir quickly and frequently. After 1 minute, add the lemon juice and chorizo.Keep cooking and stirring for about another minute, until the prawns are opaque and cooked through.Sprinkle over the lemon zest and parsley and serve with crusty bread.Spicy King Prawn NoodlesServes 4Ingredients300g Egg noodles, thin2 tbsp Sunflower oil2 Carrots, cut into thin strips150g Sugar snap peas200g Bean sprouts1 bunch Salad onions, trimmed and sliced300g King prawns 1kg, peeled1 tsp Chinese five spice2 tbsp Soy sauceTotal time required  30 minsPreparation time: 15 minsCooking time: 15 minsInstructionsPlace the noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water.Leave 10 minutes then drain well.Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok and fry the carrots and sugar snap peas for 3 minutes.Add the bean sprouts, onions and prawns, sprinkle over the Chinese five spice, toss well and cook for 2 minutes.Add the drained noodles, stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes until piping hot, drizzle with soy sauce and divide between 4 serving bowls.serves time difficultytime difficulty servesdifficulty serves timebass fillets oysters smoked mackerel
