Remember to air your wine at least 30 minutes before drinking. Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, no additives! Grape varieties: Delaware (60%), Niagara (40%). 11 degrees of alcohol. Shelf life: Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best drunk young, i.e. within the first 3-4 years. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health, so drink in moderation.
