Description Natural sparkling wine from the Nakajima Estate (in Nagano). Vintage: 2020. Storage: Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature of around 13°C, away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Be sure to let your wine breathe for at least 30 minutes before serving. Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, with no additives! Grape variety: Kyoho (100%). Shelf life: Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means they are best enjoyed young, that is, within the first 3–4 years.
