Description Japanese natural wine from the Grape Republic winery. Year of production: 2023. Storing: Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature, around 13°C, away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations if possible. Remember to aerate the wine at least 30 minutes before serving. Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, no additives! Aged in Spanish amphorae. Grape variety: Steuben, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc. 10,5 degrees alcohol. Shelf life: Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best drunk young, i.e. within the first 3-4 years. Alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health and should be consumed in moderation.
