Our Virgin Islands Caribbean Salt is the quickest & convenient way to take your taste buds on a tour of the Caribbean! We use hand-harvested, pure & natural British sea salt flakes as the base. The we blend with some gorgeous spices for a salt with intense flavour. Throw a pinch of Virgin Islands Caribbean Salt on chicken, pork, kebabs, seafood, roast potatoes, veggies & sweet potato wedges. This can ‘clump’ a little because of its nature, plus we don’t add any anti-caking agents to any of our products, so just give it a stir or crumble it to break it up. Rather than a cheap, imported rock salt, we use lovely crisp, pure flakes for the best flavour, plus you don’t even need to use a grinder; just crumble a pinch between your fingers. As well as a better texture, you’ll get a pure, saltier taste so you’ll use a lot less too. Use it as you would any other sea salt: either cook with it or add a pinch to season food & you’ll get that extra kick of taste from the flavour infusion.
